Conducted an in-depth analysis of Airbnb listings, utilizing SQL for data extraction and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning and transformation. I designed an interactive Tableau dashboard to visualize key metrics such as price distribution, occupancy rates, and host activity, which enhanced data-driven decision-making. A significant part of this project was implementing geospatial analysis to identify pricing trends across different cities and neighborhoods. Additionally, I automated data preprocessing in Excel, reducing manual efforts by 40% and improving overall data accuracy.
